Tennis Dash

Tennis Dash is a portrait arcade sports game about horizontal positioning. Choose an orange cat or panda, then drag the character so the racket meets each incoming ball. Every return adds one point, while every miss costs one of three lives.

Each run continues until all three lives are gone. The pace rises as the run lasts longer, so the challenge is to keep the character under changing ball paths and improve the saved high score.

How to Play Tennis Dash

Select the cat or panda and press Play. Hold and drag left or right to line up the racket with each approaching ball. Movement is horizontal only, and there is no separate swing button.

A clean return earns one point. A missed ball removes one life. At zero lives, the result panel shows the current and high scores. Choose Retry for another run or Home for character selection.

Scoring, Lives, and Increasing Speed

Every returned ball is worth one point. There is no combo counter, multiplier, or color bonus. All eight ball colors follow the same scoring and life rules.

Difficulty increases every five seconds: balls move faster and the delay before the next one shortens from its initial 1.5 seconds. There are no separate levels or victory screen.

Characters and Settings

The orange cat and panda have identical movement and scoring rules. The gear opens Settings and pauses the action until the panel closes. Music and sound effects have separate switches.

Tips for Tennis Dash

  • Recover toward the center. Balls can begin from different horizontal positions, and a central reset shortens the next move.
  • Read the path early. Start moving as soon as the lane is clear, then make small corrections before the next speed increase.
  • Maintain the drag during busy stretches. Continuous movement is quicker than releasing and starting a new drag for every ball.
  • Ignore ball color. Every color has the same value and penalty, so follow position rather than appearance.
  • Use Settings when interrupted. The gear panel pauses the game; leaving the character still on the court does not.
